Silks
- Dry clean only is strongly recommended to preserve the texture and color.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading.
- Use a steam iron to gently smooth wrinkles.
- For garments with embroidery, always iron inside out or place a thin cotton/muslin cloth over the embellishment before ironing.
- Some silks are intended to have a naturally crinkled texture—do not iron such fabrics, simply dry clean and let them air dry naturally.
Velvet
- Do not iron directly on velvet.
- Use light steam from a distance to remove wrinkles.
- If ironing is necessary, place a soft cloth over the fabric and iron inside out on the lowest setting.
- Never press directly on embroidery.
- Dry Clean recomended
